The villa is built on a level site , it has 2 steps upto the front door . Situated in a very quiet area of Karsiyaka with easy access and about 500 hundred metres from the main road .Outside patio doors to tiled out door eating area tiled pool area with gardens laid to stone finnish with flowering plants ,shrubs and trees A .8 X 4 swimming pool with ladder and steps for easy access and submerged lighting for that late night swim. Driveway for safe off road parking ,well established gardens very quiet area but only 2 minutes off main road.makes Villa Kelebeb the ideal place for that relaxing holiday

The Kyrenia District

Kasiyaka located west of Kyrenia the area affords fantastic views of the highest mountain in the Bespark mountain range. Karsiyaka has a couple of shops and some good restaurants close by, there are many good restaurants along the main road towards Lapta and Alsancak a 5 minute drive away. Escape beach is a large sandy beach and is a 5 minute drive away and there are more sandy beaches between Karsiyaka and Kyrenia.

There are water sport activites close by and a new golf course fully functional a short drive away which I am told have a good restaurant as well. Prices at most eateries are very reasonable At Kyrenia you can choose from the many restaurants that look out onto the beautiful harbour. The mountain ranges are most stunning and the view down to the med and across to Turkey is well worth taking a trip to places like Belapais abbey

Prices quoted are for 4 persons extra persons are charged at £50.00 per week each. Bed linen and towels will be changed weekly towels must not be taken from the villa for beach use .There is a £200 security deposit payable with the balance and refundable after villa has been checked at end of the holiday when ever practical we will endeavor to refund this in cash at end of holidy .A £100 deposit is required at time of booking and is non refundable 50% of the balance is due 12 weeks before departure with the final balance due 6 weeks before departure these are non refundable in cases of cancellation we suggest that adequate holiday insurance is taken in case of unforseen circumstances
